Ashutosh S Kapoor Joins Softmotive as MD - India & South Asia

Ashutosh S Kapoor is going to head the India operations of the Greek Automation leader Softmotive as the Managing Director- India & South Asia. He will be based in Bangaluru. Softomotive had recently named a strong performer among Robotic Process Automation Vendors for helping to shape a future-proof career for professional “students” and enable career. Softomotive Academy won the SILVER award as Best Software at the e-Volution Awards 2020.

Ashutosh has 24 years of experience in the area of  Sales, Alliances, Channel, Product Management & Marketing experience and Entrepreneurship. He is a well-networked Professional with a track record of business-impacting results. H has strong belief in communicating with the entire eco-system of Customers, Alliance Partners, Influencers, Vendors and Internal stakeholders. Ashutosh has the proven track record of working with the organisations including CISCO,IBM, DELL ,just before joining Softmotive, he was heading UIpath as the Vice President-partnerships.

His key role in UI Path was to establish & ramp-up the Channel & Distribution network of Partners for UiPATH India, which includes Team Building, Sell Through and creating a Distribution Ecosystem for local currency billing and to create the network of Training partners to ensure enough availability of UiPath certified and skilled resources in the country and also to drive Program based Marketing to ensure constant lead funnel for Partners.
