Apple to announce iPhone 15 on September 12

The launch of the iPhone is Apple's biggest annual event is drawing near. Apple officially announced the date of the launch event -- September 12. This year, the iPhone 15 lineup will be unveiled. From every model getting a dynamic island notch to the much-awaited Type-C charging, there are many features that people are excited about.  

The iPhone 15 launch event can be watched at Apple's official YouTube channel. 

Apart from the iPhones, Apple might also launch the Apple Watch Series 9, besides an updated edition of the Apple Watch Ultra. Apple might also launch a new device with an M3 processor. 

With various rumours and leaks surfacing online about the upcoming iPhones, Apple is expected to make some big changes with the new phones. All models of the iPhone 15 are rumoured to have the Dynamic Island Notch design.  

Currently, the Dynamic Island notch is only a part of the iPhone 14 Pro models. 

According to reports, the camera of the iPhone 15 will also receive some major upgrades and the low-light camera performance might see a massive improvement. The iPhone 15, and even the iPhone 15 Plus, will reportedly come with an upgraded 48-megapixel primary camera sensor.  

Coming to the performance bit, the iPhone 15 is rumoured to be powered by the A17 Bionic chipset, which will be a massive upgrade over the iPhone 14.
