AMD and TAG conduct Training Programme for Channel Partners
AMD, along with Technology and Gadgets (TAG) for its Firepro Range of Professional Graphic Cards, has launched a new initiative for channel development. As a part of this initiative, they have started conducting Channel Training Programmes across various cities. In JFM 2013, they have targeted about 5 cities, 3 of which have already been executed and have received great success.
Anish Pandey, Business Development Manager – India, AMD Professional Graphics, AMD India Pvt. Ltd, said, “The initiative is targeted at training partners on our recently launched W-Series of Professional Graphics Cards (W5000/W7000/W8000 & W9000) which are based on AMD Graphic CoreNext Technology which allows Parallel Computing.
The response that we have received from the two Training Programmes has been phenomenal and we look forward to have the same in the other cities that we have planned in March 2013.”
The Training Programmes are targeted at OEM Partners, System Integrators, Solution Providers and Volume Partners in White Box Industry. The trainings provide hands-on experience to the partners and will be followed by a small workshop which explains the advantages of the card on real-time applications like CAD, M&E and CAE. IT also provides insights on the Price v/s Performance benefits that the FirePro Cards provide to the customers.
