AI and machine learning might take another two years to mature,as for them to be successful, these technologies would require a huge amount of data point, mostly structured sets of big data. So, as an organization and as a part ofthis industry, both RPA and chat-bot are the two hot things on which we are currently aligned and are working on the concept,” he reiterates.
