HP has recently launched two cloud services designed to help organisaations improve the development and maintenance of enterprise applications.

These Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions speed application delivery and provide unparalleled visibility, collaboration and agility across often siloed or geographically dispersed application development and operations teams.

The HP Agile Manager and Performance Anywhere services will be offered to companies via a monthly software-as-a-service plan and are targeting developers, administrators and project leaders.

Additionally, HP said that demand on flexibility and agility is stretching over into the application management space. To help firms better manage agile applications after their deployment, the company is rolling out the Performance Anywhere service.

“If you company has developers’ base out in three different geographies, and they are working on ten different projects each, HP Agile Manager helps in keeping track of each projects,” says Parag. He says, “Agile manager improves visibility into projects with real-time updates via customizable dashboards, which include metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).”

What makes HP Agile Manager and Performance Anywhere is that they have been introduced as a SAAS.  

HP Agile Manager accelerates application time to market with an intuitive, web-based experience that offers visibility for planning, executing and tracking Agile development projects. HP Performance Anywhere proactively resolves application performance issues before they impact business services through a simple-to-use, on-demand solution that provides visibility and predictive analytics.  
 HP Agile Manager provides two-way synchronization with HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and HP Quality Center for enterprise quality management and continuous testing capabilities.
