It has announced the exclusive appointment of 360 Capital Partners Pty Ltd in the raising of capital in the Australian jurisdiction. The company is pleased to formalise a relationship that will raise the capital required to complete its listing on the London Stock Exchange’s (LSE) AIM board.
Accloud’s mission is to empower small businesses to grow by enabling easy access to markets and services. Ross R James, Accloud CEO said, our focus is on building a mobile-first offering that provides the business owner with everything they need in one Place. The platform is available in a variety of local languages making it simple to onboard new entrepreneurs so they can grow at the scale of their ambition.
James spoke on its inception in 2015, fully focused on the need for an innovative, unique solutions targeted toward the developing nations and growth economies where we can have the largest impact on the lives of the greatest number of people.
Four years later, Accloud is rolling out a full suite of mobile-first business management and accounting tools, while offering SMEs access to affordable capital and entry to new markets. With international expansion plans in place, we have initially launched in India to complement government initiatives that are bringing millions of rural citizens online.

To achieve the mission, 360 Capital Partners has shown itself to be well connected in the Australian market and very capable in the capital markets. Accloud will use the funds to further expand its roll-out in India and begin roll-out in central and east Africa.
Accloud is already available in India, Telangana govt deploys Accloud software for MSMEs to boost economic revival. It is available both on the web and mobile and is also language agnostic that can be operated in English, Telugu and Hindi. It offers free of cost for one year for 20,000 select enterprises in the state.
This is an exciting development for the company as it prepares for expansion, whilst the global pandemic is still affecting large numbers of communities around the world.
